Welcome to VolleyBod, the newest fitness and yoga initiative from Volleyball Solutions, launching Monday, January 6th! This isn’t just another fitness program—this is a movement towards accessible fitness & realistic recovery that fits into any schedule.

VolleyBod was created to transform how you view working out, while getting you connected with likeminded people and using that community to hold us accountable.

Whether you’re an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or someone just starting your journey, you’ll find people just like you in our dynamic, supportive space. Virtual resources & weekly discussions go over subjects like nutrition and hydration helping keep you accountable at home, while community pages help us celebrate our progress.

Meet Your Instructors

Paola

A beloved Volleyball Solutions coach, pro player, and Puerto Rico National Team hopeful, Paola knows firsthand how to make fitness fun and effective. Her passion for “movement as medicine” shines in every class. Paola’s gamified workouts bring out the competitor in you, helping you develop explosive strength and agility while enjoying every minute. She believes fitness should be accessible to all—no matter your background.

Amanda

Amanda’s yoga classes are more than just stretches—they’re a deep dive into recovery and strengthening. She specializes in helping you restore your body while building resilience. Her signature classes include:

Powerflow Yoga: Start with a high-energy cardio flow and transition to long-holding poses designed for volleyball-specific muscles. Yin Yoga: Sink into deep stretches that target fascia tissue for ultimate relaxation and mobility improvement

Nutrition

The ‘Bod is Made in the Kitchen

That’s why we’re collaborating with a local meal prep company to offer personalized plans in mid February!! If you struggle with making or eating your food at home, and staying consistent with macronutrient goals, this option will help you stay consistent.

We’ll also host weekly discussions on subjects like tracking your macronutrients and staying consistent with healthy eating.

Meet Our Recovery Partner

IceBurg Cold Plunge: Members can optionally get a 25% discount to to ice plunge, sauna, and red light therapy at IceBurg. This facility is awesome with friendly & knowledgable staff, perfect for beginners.

There are 5 plunge pools and 5 saunas to help you efficiently get the recovery you need. The best part is, it is WALKING DISTANCE!! IceBurg is just around the corner from our Woodlawn location.
